We may showcase completed commissions on our website and social media for promotional purposes, unless specifically requested otherwise by the client.

6. Shipping and Delivery:

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We take reasonable care in packaging commissions for shipment, but Paint Monkee LLC is not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during transit. Insurance options may be available at the client's request and expense.

  • Local delivery or pickup options may be available as agreed upon.

7. Limitation of Liability:
